Hanoi - Sapa - Bac Ha 3 days / 4 nights

      Night 1: Night train to Lao Cai Station (C,G).  
    Our bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you for the overnight train to Lao Cai Station. Enjoy the experience the romance of overnight train travel.
    Summary:
    • Transfer hotel – railway station: AC vehicle.
    • Accommodation: Soft sleeper in AC cabin.
    • Meal: Not applicable.
    Day 1: Lao Cai – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (B/L/D)

    Welcome tour group at Lao Cai railway station and transfer to Sapa, high in the Hoang Lien Range of mountain, check in hotel. Breakfast or brunch is served before trekking from hotel to Lao Chai (Black H'mong tribe). Lunch on footpath, near Lao Chai bridge and then trek through Ta Van village (Giay ethnic minority). Return to hotel by Jeep. Free evening.
    Summary:
    • Trekking: trek on dirt paths-downhill. Moderate grade.
    • Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
     
    Day 2: Sapa – Bac Ha  (B/L/D)

    All day trip via vehicle to Bac Ha where many ethnic minorities are there. Lunch in hotel and trek to Hoang A Tuong castle, Ban Pho village (Flowery H'mong tribe). Overnight in Bac Ha.

    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
     

    Day 3:   Bac Ha - Lao Cai Station – Overnight train back to Hanoi (B, L, D):

    Morning, visit Bac Ha market, discover the rich treasury of culture and tradition of 12 hill tribes in Bac Ha district, lunch at the hotel, check out and transfer to the Lao Cai city. On the way back, stop at Bao Nhai commune, boating on Chay river, enjoy the beautiful countryside along the river bank, visit Tay ethnic village, Fairy cave, then transfer back to Lao Cai city, pay a visit to Mothership Temple, Upper Temple, Lao Cai International Border Gate. Have lunch at the restaurant.  then bus will pick you to train station for overnight train back to Hanoi .

    Note: It must be an amazing trip but we highly recommend you join it  every Friday because Bac Ha market day is just on every Sunday.
    Summary:
    • Accommodation: Soft sleeper in AC cabin.
    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
    • Transfer Sapa town – Lao Cai station: 45 minutes.
    Day 4: Arrive back to Hanoi :

    The transfers:
    In Hanoi, Our guide will accompany you to the train to show you your cabin and tell you how to deal with night train traveling in Vietnam.
    In Lao Cai, our guide will meet you at Lao Cai Railway Station in the morning of the first day. He also sees you off at Lao Cai Railway Station on the third day.
    When you get back to Hanoi on day 4, you can easily find a taxi to get to your hotel.

     
    What to bring:
    Trekking boot, sun block, hat, anti-insect repellent, sunglasses, rain coat, toiletries, original passport.
