bus and
guide will pick you up at your hotel and
transfer you for the overnight train to
Lao Cai Station. Enjoy the experience
the romance of overnight train travel.

Welcome tour group at Lao
Cai railway station, have breakfast and
transfer to Bac Ha, check in hotel,
while lunch is served. After a short
rest, trek to Ban Pho village (Flower
H’mong tribe, Tay tribe), enjoy an
unbreathtaking countryside, tiny houses
hidden in evergreen tree forest with a
small garden…then trek up to Hoang Yen
Chao castle, an old building of an Tay’s
landlord in Bac Ha district under the
domination of France in the 1940s.
Lately, come back to hotel for dinner,
enjoyed ethnic performance at the hotel
yard. Free evening.

 Morning,
trek to another Tay’s village then go to
Bac Ha market on the market day with
colorfull costumes of 12 hill tribes in
area. In the afternoon, on the way back
to Lao Cai, stop at Bao Nhai commune,
boating on Chay river, enjoy the
beautifull countryside along the river
bank, visit Tay ethnic village, Fairy
cave, then transfer back to Lao Cai
city. Have dinner at the restaurant,
then bus
will pick you to train station for
overnight train back to Hanoi .

The transfers:
In Hanoi,
Our guide will accompany you to the
train to show you your cabin and tell
you how to deal with night train
traveling in
Vietnam.
In Lao Cai, our guide will meet you at
Lao Cai Railway Station in the morning
of the first day. He also sees you off
at Lao Cai Railway Station on the third
day.
When you get back to
Hanoi on day 4,
you can easily find a taxi to get to
your hotel.
What to bring:
Trekking boot, sun block, hat,
anti-insect repellent, sunglasses, rain
coat, toiletries, original passport.
