The Perfume
Pagoda is one of the highlights of the Hanoi area and one of
the most important religious sites in Buddhist Vietnam. The
pagoda itself is situated in a huge cave built into
limestone cliffs and can only be reached by boat as there
are no roads. Tourists on pilgrimage to Perfume Pagoda feel
that are somehow transported from the daily life to a
heavenly, poetic world of
clouds–water–forest–mountains–caves–and wild animals...
Entering Huong Tich Cave, with its ‘tree of gold’, ‘tree of
money’, and ‘Buddha’ created over hundreds of years from
stalactites, it can truly be named as the most spectacular
cave in Vietnam.

pick you up at the hotel and depart for the
Perfume Pagoda

Arrival at the Perfume Pagoda. After a scenic
hour and a half boat ride along the Yen stream
and a 2 hour trek, you reach the
Huong
Tich
Cave
which houses the Pagoda of the Perfume Vestige.
Next, you’ll visit the Thien Tru Pagoda or
Pagoda leading to Heaven before stopping at a
restaurant for lunch.
16.30:
After the boat trip back to Ben Duc, we depart
for
Hanoi
and arrival in the city around
